J. BANKS, LLC provides owners with a turn-key approach to their projects. We execute projects from obtaining permits to the final cleaning. Our typical client does not have the time or resources available to be consumed with scheduling, procurement, inspections, production, deliveries, etc.

At J. BANKS, we self-perform most aspects of the construction process, including but not limited to excavation/sitework, framing, trim and millwork, siding and roofing. This enables us to maintain better control over the project as a whole, but specifically in terms of quality, budget and schedule. We have built strong and lasting relationships with the sub-contractors we work with, whereby we utilize their expertise, resources and professionalism.
